The Management of The Stress

 We've been under the stress by the corona virus including state of emergency, many people have noticed about the dangerous situation. The countries under the state of emergency in the world need to check for how you feel with the health and mental condition because it makes you change as wrong way.

Have you ever noticed your activities changed before being spread around the corona virus? For example, attacking the people, outputting the stress against your family or your friends, breaking the things, losing the purpose during general living, etc.. If you remember one of them, you'd better o be careful about your mental issue, would be able to lose yourself. 

Please try below the methods it may help you.

1. Creating free time without no activity (such as, sitting on the chair with music, relaxing in the nature place with natural sound, reading the books with silent time etc..)

2. Doing an excise (such as, running, stretching, training the muscle etc..)

3. Giving an assignment or a task by yourself (such as, posting an interesting topic with your blog / SNS on the day, trying to find out and do what you wanted to do the things in the past time, making a goal as your lifework, restudying the knowledge that you've studied before etc..)

4. Online games with your friends / family (as competing the score or clearing the stages)

5. Re-planning the future planning under the corona virus (such as, getting new skills or opening own company etc..)

6. Finding and doing what you can enjoy now (such as, playing the retro games with an emulator / old hardware etc..)
